Second Listener will only include speaker-specific observations when the transcript makes speaker turns reliable enough to support them.

Quality can only be guaranteed with identified speakers: report feedback is speaker-specific only when the transcript labels speakers with real names or roles. Generic labels such as “Speaker 1” limit what the report can attribute.

Prohibited categories include formal HR cases or disciplinary matters; workplace investigations; health or medical information; racial or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or philosophical beliefs; trade-union membership; genetic data; biometric data; sexual life or sexual orientation; criminal allegations, offences or convictions; and other special-category conditions.
Do not submit legally privileged, medical, clinical, HR investigation, whistleblower or highly sensitive material unless you are authorized to do so and have confirmed that submission is appropriate.
